Cancellation and Postpone Policy
Terms and Conditions for Relationship Renewal VIP Package: 1. The Relationship Renewal VIP Package consists of 5 sessions with a sex therapist, priced at RM1200. 2. Payment for the package is due in full upon booking the sessions. 3. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session and no refund will be issued. 4. Refunds will not be provided for any unused sessions within the package. 5. Sessions within the package cannot be transferred to another individual. 6. The Relationship Renewal VIP Package is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 7. The therapist reserves the right to terminate the package if the client's behavior is deemed inappropriate or unethical. In such cases, no refund will be provided. 8. The therapist reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary, and will make every effort to accommodate the client's schedule. 9. By purchasing the Relationship Renewal VIP Package, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. 10. The therapist must be notified in writing of any cancellation or rescheduling requests. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
